Elizabeth is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Eugene. She moved to the Portland area in 1993 when her husband Sean, also an attorney, began working with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office. Elizabeth and Sean have two teenage sons who are busy with football, baseball and track. The family also enjoys skiing, trips to Sunriver and spending time at the Oregon Coast.

Professional Background
During law school, Elizabeth interned at the Lane County District Attorney's Office, and was employed, during non-school hours, with Jaqua & Wheatley, P.C. in Eugene, Oregon, a litigation and insurance defense firm. After graduation from Law School in 1993, Elizabeth moved to the Portland area with her family, stayed home with her children and volunteered in various capacities in the community. In February 2004, she took and passed the Oregon State Bar exam and later that year began working with Kevin Luby. She officially joined the Luby Law Firm, in an Of Counsel position, in February of 2005. Elizabeth's practice areas include estate planning, probate, small business planning and disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, construction disputes and general litigation.
